B&C Morning Show: We All Like Brandon Inge

Brandon Inge, who we all like, hit a walk-off, game winning home run yesterday for the Detroit Tigers against the Texas Rangers -- and Boomer & Craig could not be happier.

Although Craig did get a little annoyed by the term "walk-off home run," preferring rather to call it a "game-winner."  Then it was on to RBI's , R'sBI or "Ribbies".

Jerry added in his two cents before he got down to business delivering his first update of the morning.  He began with the Rangers, who lost to the Caps in overtime last night.  Boomer is confident the Blueshirts will get back on track in Game 2 Friday night.

Then we heard Mets radio play-by-play man Howie "Hi I'm Howie Rose" Rose call Troy Tulowitzki's 5th inning, game-changing home run -- and Mets manager Terry Collins vent a bit about his struggling ball club.

The Yankees got a couple of early long balls courtesy of Alex Rodriguez and Jorge Posada, while A.J. Burnett pitched well enough to earn his 3rd win of the year and for the time being, all is right in Yankee land...
