The Knicks had a chance to steal a game in Boston on Sunday night, but let a 12-point lead at halftime get away from them in an eventual 87-85 loss to the Celtics. The Knicks will have another chance to win a game in Boston on Tuesday night.

Carmelo Anthony needs to have a better performance in Game 2, especially with the questionable status of Chauncey Billups for the game. But the Knicks needs to continue to play solid defense the way they did in the series opener and not get away from what should have led to a Game 1 victory.

Danny Picard of Comcast SportsNet New England and CSNNE.com in Boston joined me to talk about the Knicks-Celtics series and even a little hockey with the Bruins and Canadiens adding another chapter to their storied rivalry.
