2011 NFL Draft

NEW YORK (WFAN) – Giants head coach Tom Coughlin had strong feelings about the death of Osama bin Laden but also had football on his mind as he joined Mike Francesa on Monday.

The recently completed NFL Draft, staged this year without a free agency period,  left Coughlin with “a very unusual feeling.”

“Very different, different feel to the conclusion of the Draft.”

Later, Giants general manager Jerry Reese had many of the same thoughts.

“That was very weird for us,” he said.

Hey Mikey, how does it feel to be shut out completely and have zero access to any players and coaches from the hottest team in town on your steadily declining big show? Bravo to the Jets and their flagship ESPN 1050 for telling this blowhard to stick his Gang Green bias you-know-where.
