Police Say Security Guard Stabbed At Midtown McDonald’s By Homeless Man

NEW YORK (CBS 2/AP) — Authorities say a security guard was treated at a hospital after he was stabbed at a Midtown McDonald’s.

Police say the guard got into a dispute with a man who was believed to be homeless at the McDonald’s on Eighth Avenue and West 34th Street.

As the guard tried to escort the man out of the restaurant, police say the man allegedly stabbed him in the leg.

The suspect fled the scene but police quickly arrested him several blocks away.

    it is horrible, really
i have been noticing lately in the subways plenty of homeless people, and the whole idea is not about being homeless- god forbid it could happen to anyone , but many of them look agitated or on medication, or smth
it is sad, but also scary

  2. Barry Levine says:

The crumb is homeless and will be happy having a couple of good meals in the lockup with a daily shower and a comfortable bed. These are the people that Ron Kuby rushes to defend, and sue anyone for “abridging” their “civil rights” by escorting them out of a restaurant. This crumb will wind up with at least a half million dollars awarded to him by a jury of his peers.
