Police Say Security Guard Stabbed At Midtown McDonald’s By Homeless Man

NEW YORK (CBS 2/AP) – Authorities say a security guard was treated at a hospital after he was stabbed at a Midtown McDonald’s.

Police say the guard got into a dispute with a man who was believed to be homeless at the McDonald’s on Eighth Avenue and West 34th Street.

As the guard tried to escort the man out of the restaurant, police say the man allegedly stabbed him in the leg.

The suspect fled the scene but police quickly arrested him several blocks away.
