"I saw the car just go 'bam' into the store.  So it was a big bang and there was a lot of blood," one witness told 1010 WINS' Terry Sheridan.

That witness also said the woman's car came barrelling down 20th Avenue and blew a turn.

"Before she would have hit us, she swerved into the two young gentleman waiting for the bus and their bodies flew through the glass," he said.

"Very big sounds, you know.  We are very scared," Deli worker Manoj Roy said.

Workers tried to keep the injured teen comfortable until help eventually arrived at the scene.

"We give him some towels, ice, water, everything. You know, we try to help out everything very quick," Roy said.

Five others also sustained injuries. Hatzolah transported those injured to Lutheran Hospital.  Police have yet to say if the driver of the car will be charged.
