Police Seek Suspect In Armed Robbery At Manhattan CVS

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- New York City Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect in a robbery at a CVS pharmacy on Manhattan's East Side on Friday.

The suspect was caught on surveillance camera entering the store at 1622 3rd Avenue. He followed an employee into an office, displayed a firearm and ordered the employee to open the safe.

Once he received an undetermined amount of money, the suspect fled the location. No one was injured in the incident.

Police described the suspect as a black male in his 30s. He was last seen wearing a black, waist-length jacket, dark jeans, and a blue and white baseball cap with the Nike "swoosh" logo.
