NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – FBI agent Adrienne Busby is accused of stepping over the line, committing a crime after having an affair with a confidential informant.

He’s now facing federal indictment. The indictment is not for the affair, but for lying on a FBI document when he stated that this woman, who he wanted to use as an informant in a mortgage fraud investigation, was not the subject of any investigation herself when in fact, she was.
