NYPD Investigates Shooting On MTA Bus In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD was asking for the public's help as they investigate a shooting on an MTA bus in Brooklyn.
Police responding to a 911 call Wednesday found an 18-year-old African-American man shot once in the torso on a B60 bus at Stanhope Street and Central Avenue in Bushwick. They arrived on the scene around 4:40 p.m.
EMS personnel brought the victim to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Surveillance footage caught the suspect. Police described him as an 18-year-old African-American man wearing a light blue Holister sweatshirt.
