Fleet Week Fun Continues In NYC

NEW YORK (CBS 2) – New York City gets even more patriotic during this Memorial Day weekend with the influx of men and women who are bravely serving in the “military.

With the arrival of Fleet Week comes an array of events that not only gives New Yorkers a first hand-look at the equipment used by our service members, but also gives us a chance to meet them.

GUIDE: New York Fleet Week 2011

About 3,000 Navy sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen sailed back into Manhattan for this year’s event which runs until Tuesday.
