Man, 24, Killed In Newark Shooting

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — Newark police are investigating the shooting death of a 24-year-old killed in an early morning shooting in the city’s North Ward.

Police Det. Josephine Santaniello says the man’s body was discovered around 2 a.m. following reports of a shooting on Highland Avenue.

Santaniello says he was taken to Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville with a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police are continuing to investigate and have not released the man’s name. No arrests have been made.

The shooting comes days after another shooting that killed an off-duty Newark police officer and wounded two other people at a fast-food restaurant.

From now on, people will have to reproduce on the Moon and on Mars. If you have 2 kids on Earth when you are 18, then by the age of 36, you will have to emigrate to the Moon and Mars to reproduce more children. We have to populate the Moon and Mars with people as soon as possible. We have to plant 1,000 trees, make lakes and streams, build a global magnetic field, etc. There’s lots of work to be done.

Of all the wonders that I yet have heard,it seems to me most strange that men
should fear, seeing that death,a necessary end, will come when it will come…
