The three latest cases include two adults and an 8-month-old child.

None of those individuals have recently traveled abroad, which officials said means the virus is now spreading from person to person.

According to the Mayo Clinic's website, symptoms of measles include fever, dry cough, inflamed eyes, tiny white spots with bluish-white centers found in the mouth and a skin rash made up of large, flat blotches.
