B&C Morning Show: Nets' Avery Johnson Talks NBA Finals With Boomer & Carton

The last time the Dallas Mavericks were in the NBA Finals, the year was 2006 and their head coach was a man by the name of Avery Johnson. Despite taking a 2-0 lead in the series, the Mavericks eventually lost to the Heat and Johnson was fired in 2008.

Which brings us to present day. Johnson is now coaching the New Jersey Nets, who are preparing for their move to Brooklyn. He joined Boomer & Craig in the Allstate Studio to talk about the NBA Finals and LeBron James' disappearing act, Deron Williams' future with the Nets, the team's  move, the possibility of an NBA lockout, among other topics -- including Brett Favre's junk.

In the end Avery would not offer a prediction as to who would win the NBA Finals, but he did admit for rooting for his old team...
