"We don't really see the turn around just yet here in our business," said owner Christine Valori.

Valori says prices have actually gone down and they're offering discounts to get people in the door.

"We have not increased rates in several years, in about four years, and we are running again more specials and more incentives where we see it's needed," she said.

She says that means if you call and a room is available, she'll try to make her rates work for you.
