Newark's Prudential Center Number 3 In U.S., Industry Publication Finds
NEWARK, NJ (WCBS 880) -- One of the world's most popular entertainment venues is Newark's Prudential Center, according to a new finding.
In the U.S., only Madison Square Garden and the Staples Center in Los Angeles top the Prudential Center for the latest gross earnings from concerts and family shows, says a leading industry publication.

The Bergen Record obtained advance numbers from Venues Today. The Prudential Center is the number three arena in the U.S. and number eight in the world, based on earnings from mid-October until mid-May.
The numbers include NCAA men's basketball.
