Bob Ojeda does a wonderful job on the SNY Mets pre- and post-game shows, working alongside Chris Carlin (which can’t be easy) and taking care of the analyst duties.

With the Subway Series getting underway tonight, Al Dukes went through the proper channels and arranged for Ojeda to be part of today’s radio program, so just after 8 a.m. he called in and talked a little baseball with the guys.

Ojeda has been a believer in the Mets all year and he thinks the recent play of the team has really been telling, pointing out the quality opponents they have beaten recently to get where they currently are, which is 41-40 heading into this weekend’s showdown…
