The estate is located in Water Mill in a secluded location by both the Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean.

The home was up for sale for $30 million four years ago, but now the price has been reduced to $9.9 million.

Real estate agent Jane Gill, of Saunders and Associates, says the owner, Setsuo Ito, is doing something she has never heard of before. He is donating 10 percent of the proceeds to the victims of the earthquake in Japan.

"He is Japanese and feels a strong sense of giving back to his country," said Gill.

Gill said if the seven-bedroom property, that includes a pyramid building in the backyard, is not sold in the next few weeks, it will be auctioned off on August 15.
