Car Strikes Tree In Centereach, Killing 2

CENTEREACH, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Police on Long Island say two men were killed in an auto accident in Centereach.

Police say a 43-year-old Angelo Grimaldi apparently lost control of his car and struck a tree on Bowdoin Road just before 8pm Saturday.
   
Grimaldi and passenger 45-year-old Kevin Demaille were taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center where they later died.

There were no other injuries.
