Great Police work! Somebody’s going on the carpet for this. I don’t think they teach allowing your prisoner to escape in the Police Academy.

35 years ago I am sitting on my stoop in gravesend brooklyn, A guy I know sits and has a smoke with me . He tells me he has to get going cause he picked his hand cuffs while sitting on a bench waiting for a cell in the 61st precinct.
TRUE STORY …. so maybe they should look for his buddies hang outs and see if he stops for a smoke
