B&C Morning Show: NBA’s Kevin Love Visits The Allstate Studio
With the NFL lockout a thing of the past, the NBA now stands alone as the only professional sport currently in going through a work stoppage. With that said, Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star power forward Kevin Love (recipient of the 2011 NBA’s Most Improved Player award) has some free time on his hands, so Al Dukes booked him to join Boomer & Craig in the Allstate Studio this morning. Love came bearing gifts in the form of a Speedo for Craigie.
Love is the nephew of Mike Love of the Beach Boys and he talked about his breakout 2010-11 season and whether or not he sees himself remaining in Minnesota for a long period of time. He also talked about the lockout the NBA is currently marred in and whether or not he sees any light at the end of the tunnel.
Luckily Love is a big saver, so he will not likely be playing overseas to make ends meet during the lockout. When the league does finally figure things out, Love’s comments about the Miami Heat could be bulletin board material.
In the end Love was a real nice guy and in addition to getting a picture with Boomer & Craig, Love even found time for a picture with Dominique (see below)…
