The mother of the owner says Parsippany Nonchalance shut down because her daughter is seriously ill.

Sheila Erickson says customers have been told to dispute charges with credit card companies. However, the credit card companies are telling some customers it's too late for that.

The Better Business Bureau has received five complaints about Nonchalance over the past two days.

Erickson says the store would be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for customers to pick up orders.
