When the Jets signed former Giants wide-receiver Plaxico Burress, it pretty much closed the door on any chance of Braylon Edwards returning to Gang Green.  With that said, one would think Edwards is doing everything in his power to stay out of trouble and make himself desirable to potential suitors – one might think that anyway.

Reports from Fox 2 in Detroit paint a different picture of what Edwards is doing to keep himself occupied during this time of uncertainty.  Allegedly, Sunday night in a Birmingham, Michigan bar – a couple of Edwards’ friends (not pictured) were arrested after roughing-up some of the bar’s employees.

Although Braylon was reportedly not involved in the fist-a-cuffs – he wasn’t even questioned by police following the incident – a mysterious Tweet showed up on Edwards account that he has since claimed was not him.
