Tony's Table: Pepper & Rice Shrimp
Pepper & Rice Shrimp
Ingredients:
¼ c. Olive Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
2 oz. Chopped Ginger
¼ lb. Peeled, veined Shrimp (with tail on)
6 oz. Rice
Meal Preparation:
Grill the shrimp and set aside. In pan add chopped peppers, ginger, garlic and olive oil. Sautee 5 to 6 minutes. Add the shrimp to pan and cook together. Serve over rice.
(NOTE: Prep times can vary by equipment. Be sure to check that meat is fully cooked.)
