Oscar and Emmy-winning actress Jane Fonda stops by 92Y tonight to discuss her #1 selling memoir, My Life So Far. She'll focus on how to make the critical years of 45 and beyond some of the best and most fulfilling of your life. The fitness icon will tell her honest story of how it feels to get older. Learn how to shop for the basics to make a delicious Thai meal at home. Tonight's menu is flexitarian, so you'll know how to cook for both vegetarians and meat-eaters by the end of the evening. A few weeks ago Governor's Island hosted the first annual NYC Poetry Festival. Tonight eight poets from the event will join forces to continue the energy and raise funds for the Festival and Bowery Arts + Science, the nonprofit that programs the Bowery Poetry Club. After the band Elefant broke up last year, Diego Garcia decided to move ahead with his solo career. He's been exploring his Latin roots with a new sound modeled after artists like Julio Iglesias and Roberto Carlos. Tonight he performs at City Winery.
