The 56-year-old out of work security guard from the Jersey Shore has been walking the streets New York City once a week for almost a decade trying to find his future wife.

"I am a romantic at heart," he said.

Darling walks around Wall Street, Columbus Circle and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with a sandwich board strapped to his chest that reads "I'm looking for a wealthy lady to be my wife."

Darling says he's looking for a sugar mama to be his bride, but so far, he hasn't had any takers.

Darling says many women come up to him, smile and even take pictures. But after nearly ten years, his efforts have only landed him one date and it was from a woman looking for a Green Card.
