Frank Catalanotto Foundation To Hold First Golf And Tennis Fundraiser

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- Every parent wants their kids to be perfect.

When former major league baseball player Frank Catalanotto and his wife Barbara welcomed their daughter Morgan, she seemed to be just that.
 
But Morgan developed what's called a "vascular birthmark" called a Hemangioma. If left untreated, it could have caused serious problems.

The Vascular Birthmark Foundation helped the Catalanotto with treatment options for their daughter.

That's when they started the Frank Catalanotto Foundation to help raise money and awareness for the Vascular Birthmark Foundation.

The Frank Catalanotto Foundation is holding its first golf and tennis fundraiser in the fall.
