Facade Of Harlem Storefronts Collapses, No One Hurt

NEW YORK (CBS 2) — Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the facade of a number of Harlem storefronts to collapse.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday at 126th Street and 7th Avenue. The FDNY says six store facades were compromised.

No one was hurt but gas service had to be shut off to the buildings.

All six stores were evacuated.
