Shane Jaggarnauth, 23, was found on the sidewalk outside his parent's home with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder.

Inside the home, police found 64-year-old Sugrim Jaggarnauth and his 56-year-old wife, Rosie Jaggarnauth, with gunshot wounds to the head. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

The son was rushed Jamaica Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Neighbors can't make sense of the crime.

"They were hard-working people," one man said. "Good, decent people."

Neighbors told 1010 WINS' Al Jones the Jaggarnauths lived in the home for over 20 years.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
