His M.O. is pretty straightforward. Police say the suspect approaches teen boys and asks to see their phones. If they refuse, he pulls out a gun and takes it.

So far, none of his victims have been shot or otherwise injured.

Police say the perpetrator is 6’4″ and weighs about 185 pounds. He has a thin build and tattoos on his neck and right arm. The suspect wears a distinctive pair of shoes: Copper-colored Nike Posites sneakers.
