Boomer & Craig were pleased to welcome Kurt and Brenda Warner into the Allstate Studio this morning to talk about Brenda’s new book, “One Call Away, A Memoir: Answering Life’s Challenges with Unshakable Faith” – among other topics.
Kurt’s story is well documented and after retiring following the 2009-10 season, he left behind a lasting legacy. Brenda has been by Kurt’s side throughout his journey and documents the trip in her book.
We heard all about their inspiring relationship, as well as Kurt’s thoughts on the upcoming NFL season. Craig wondered how hard is was to walk away from the NFL and what impact Brenda had on his decision…
