B&C Morning Show: Jet-ropolitans Improve to 2-0, Giants Prepare For Rams

The New York Jets improved to 2-0 yesterday, defeating the "talentless" (word used by Craig to describe the Jacksonville team) Jaguars while protecting their home turf for the second straight week.

Antonio Cromartie stole the show, as he led a defensive attack that picked off Jags quarterback Luke McCown 4 times, returned kicks and even played a few snaps on the offensive side of the ball.  According to Craigiie, after an off-season where the Jets pursued Nnamdi Asomugha in favor over Cromartie, the proud father of 7 proved his worth (for one game at least).

Boomer agreed with Craig about the talent level of the Jags, but nonetheless was impressed by Rex's Gang's ability to win at home thus far and was pleased overall after a great day of NFL football.

Even after the drubbing, it wasn't all positive energy coming from Craig, as he took issue with Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenhiemer for not allowing Mark Sanchez to throw the ball down the field.  Boomer offered an explanation and praised Schottenheimer's success with Sanchez thus far, pointing to the two straight AFC Championships the duo have been part of the last two seasons.

The Giants will welcome the Rams to MetLife Stadium tonight for a prime-time, Monday night match-up. And after Michael Vick suffered a concussion in the Eagles' loss to the Falcons last night, Big Blue has a reason to believe...
