B&C Morning Show: Randy Cross Talks About The NFL's Influx Of Offense
Brooklyn native Randy Cross gave the guys a call this morning to talk some football.
Cross played his entire NFL career (1976-1988) with the San Francisco 49ers. In fact, his final game was Super Bowl XXIII, when his 49ers beat Boomer's Bengals, 20-16.
These days Cross can be heard on CBS calling both college and NFL action. He will be in the booth this Saturday when Air Force takes on Navy at noon. With that in mind, the guys talked a little about the college game before moving on to the NFL.
Cross talked about how the new rules have led to an influx of offense around the league, in turn taking the aggression away from the defense. They also chatted about the Jets and the Giants as the two teams prepare for Week 4...
