NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Been wondering what to do with that $20 million burning a hole in your pocket?

I say invest in real estate — Will Smith’s real estate.  Yes, you too can live the ‘Hitch’ lifestyle in NoHo.  According to The New York Daily News, Smith is looking to unload the property now that he’s done filming ‘Men in Black III.’

Sure rumors that his marriage to Jada is crumbling are swirling around the actor, but rest assured, this 25 Bond Street property is perfect for couples; the listing boasts that the apartment has two of everything, it also has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, four working fireplaces, and loads of wall space “for even the largest [art] pieces in your collection.”

Great. Not only do you have to have $19.5 million to buy the place, you need an art collection, too.

The apartment measures at 7,300+ square feet, and takes up the building’s entire fourth floor.  This of course means that if you too have a daughter that likes to whip her hair back and forth she will have plenty of room to do so.
