Police In Brooklyn Looking For Group Of Teens In Connection With Assault

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police say they are trying to find four teens who are wanted for questioning in connection with an assault in Brooklyn.

Police say just after 2 p.m. on Oct. 5, a man was walking near Weirfield Street and Wyckoff Avenue when he got into a verbal argument with a group of people on the street.

That's when police say the group attacked the man, one of them stabbing him in the torso, piercing his heart. They then took off.

The victim was taken to the hospital and was last listed in stable condition.

Police are looking for a group of teens between 15 and 17-years-old who were seen on video in the area of the incident.
