Police Arrest LI Man For DWI With Kids In Car

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Suffolk County police arrested a Long Island man on Saturday afternoon for driving while intoxicated with two children in the car.

Police charged Jackson with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, which is a felony under Leandra’s Law, driving while ability impaired by drugs and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Jackson is scheduled to be arraigned on Sunday.
