B&C Morning Show: Game 6 Thriller; Brandon Jacobs Rocks The Big Blue Boat

Regardless if you root for the Texas or St. Louis, after last night's Game 6 thriller that saw the Cardinals come back five times to finally win 10-9 in 11 innings, tonight's World Series Game 7 is 'must see-TV.'

Boomer & Craig opened-up this Football Friday edition of the Morning Extravaganza talking about what will go down as one of the greatest games of all-time, a game Boomer said took his breath away.

Craig was sure to point out the similarities between Joe Buck's call of David Freese's game-winning HR last night and his father, Jack Buck's final call in Game 6 of the 1991 World Series - when the late Kirby Puckett went deep in the 11th to force a Game 7 against the Braves.

'The' Eddie Scozzare took it one step further and melded both calls together, which sounded pretty cool.

After giving the World Series it's proper due, the guys turned their attention to some comments made by Giants' running back Brandon Jacobs regarding his future with the organization, which apparently he does not see extending past next year.

Boomer & Craig tried to make sense of Jacobs' comments, but had little success and expressed their condolences for Tom Coughlin for having to deal with such nonsense.

Thankfully after the Rangers 4-2 loss to the Maple Leafs, Boomer was in no mood to talk hockey, so instead we heard about the guy's night at Boomer's Foundation (BEF) Halloween Party, which certainly sounded like a good time.

Boomer also filled us in about his ride home and how much he enjoys Orel (Hershiser, get your mind out of the gutter), who was calling the game on the radio...
