Shannon Sharpe can be seen each week alongside Boomer on CBS’ ‘NFL Today.’ He called in this morning to talk some football and have a few laughs – and he was successful on both fronts.

Craig began things by congratulating Sharpe on his recent induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame before jumping into the recent comments made by Brandon Jacobs regarding his future with the Giants.

Sharpe talked about the locker room, dealing with loose-lipped teammates and when a good punch in the face is called for.

The former Bronco talked about the cloudy future of Tim Tebow in Denver and of course some more on the Giants, focusing on their tussle with the Dolphins this Sunday.  Sharpe mentioned how the Giants tend to play down to their competition – which is certainly what Tom Coughlin is hoping to avoid.

Just prior to saying goodbye to Sharpe, he talked some more about his HOF induction and how he first felt relief upon getting the call…
