Craig also talked about visiting Sean Avery's bar in Manhattan, which led to a lengthy discussion about the prospect of opening the 'B&C Saloon.'
Tony La Russa is taking his World Series trophy and going home. After 33 years of managing in the big leagues, La Russa announced his retirement yesterday and we learn he may open up a book store.
Jerry played some entertaining audio of Boomer's other radio partner, Kevin Harland, as he described the scene last night in Kansas City as the Chiefs eked out an overtime win over the San Diego Chargers by the score of 23-20, thanks in a big-part to a late fumble by Philip Rivers.
We also heard about Giants special teamer Justin Tryon (pictured), who remained in Sunday's game after breaking his arm. Tryon even recorded a tackle. After hearing the story, Craig said Tryon is a man, while Boomer expressed more concern for the well-being of NFL players...
