Jets TE Dustin Keller Hurts Head In Second Quarter

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — New York Jets tight end Dustin Keller hurt his head while attempting to vault a Buffalo Bills player, but was able to return to start the third quarter.

Keller was shaken up early into the second quarter on the Jets' second drive against the Bills on Sunday, and didn't play the rest of the half.

Running up the right sideline, Keller attempted to vault two Bills at the end of the 11-yard catch. That's when he was struck by cornerback Terrence McGee, sending the tight end tumbling head over heels to the turf.

Keller landed on his right shoulder and struck his head on the turf. He was slow to get up and looked groggy heading to the sideline.

The Jets announced he had a head injury, and that his return was questionable.
