2 Stabbed, 1 Fatally, In Queens

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – One man is dead and another is in stable condition after both were stabbed in Queens late Thursday night.

Police responded to a call of a man stabbed at 11:57 p.m. in the Jamaica section of Queens. Upon arriving, they found two victims in front of 90-19 143rd St.

The first victim, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, "was stabbed numerous times" in the torso, according to the police report. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Jamaica Hospital.

The second victim, also a 26-year-old Hispanic male, was stabbed once in the torso and is in stable condition.

The names were not released due to pending family notification. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
