B&C Morning Show: Chris Lopresti Fills In Admirably For Jerry Recco
With Jerry Recco taking a few days off to accompany the Columbia Lions (ROAR!!!) men's basketball team on their journey out to California to compete in the 'Loyola Marymount Centennial Classic' tournament (Jerry handles the play-play duties for both Columbia men's basketball and football), an old morning show staff member made his triumphant return to the show.
Chris Lopresti (aka C-Lo) was a part of the staff in years past, and this morning he picked up Jerry's slack by handing the all important sports updates.
C-Lo began his first update talking about Tom Coughlin and the long list of injuries his Big Blue crew is currently dealing with, leading with the news that Osi Umenyiora could miss up to a month with a sprained ankle.
But it wasn't all bad news for the reeling Giants as they could get the services of Ahmad Bradshaw back, as the running back says there is a 'big shot' he'll play Sunday against the Packers.
From the Jets, we heard from Jets head coach Rex Ryan and his quarterback Mark Sanchez as Gang Green prepares for their match-up in Washington Sunday against the 4-7 Redskins...
Chris was also sure to mention the passing former NFL defensive tackle Chester McGlockton at the age of 42.
C-Lo ended things on a high note, by filling in the guys on his far-off wedding plans and unusually long engagement...
