After sending out two deadlocked notes in the first two days of deliberation in this month-long trail, the jurors in the case against Larry Seabrook are now following instructions given them by federal judge Robert Paterson and reviewing a long list of exhibits and evidence.

Seabrook is charged in a whole series if kickback scams, including one involving a boiler contract for the new Yankee Stadium.

The judge urged the divided jurors to be as polite and understanding as they can of the opinions of others in the room.

Paterson hasn't yet given them the Allen charge, known as the dynamite charge, intended to blast them out of any impasse and toward a verdict.
