NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Hey, the Mets made a few deals on Tuesday!
Up until then, the only moves the Metropolitans made this offseason were:
- Getting rid of their most exciting player (Jose Reyes) without even making a formal offer.
- Acquiring Home Depot to redesign their outfield walls.
- Signing Sherwin-Williams to paint the ballpark.
Sure, the moves for Jon Rauch, Frank Francisco and Andres Torres aren't going to set the world on fire. But it's something.
Something to get our minds off Reyes.
