The Perfect Christmas Tree Farm in Phillipsburg sells 16 varieties of exotic trees, but that's just part of the holiday experience.
Owners John and Cynthia Curtis' historic farmhouse, built in 1786, is decorated with hundreds of antique ornaments, lights, garlands and wreaths.

"It brings people together and people are always happy when they're here or around Christmas time," Cynthia Curtis told 1010 WINS' John Montone.
Visitors can walk through the farm's fields and cut their own trees or purchase pre-cut and potted trees.
In addition to the customary firs and pines, the Perfect Christmas Tree Farm offers several exotic species of trees including Grand, Korean, Nordman and Niko fir.
