Winds Keep Tri-State 'Unseasonably' Cool On Sunday

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A high pressure system is bringing crystal clear skies to the Tri-State on Sunday, but a northwest wind is bringing temperatures unseasonably low.

Temperatures started in the low 30s overnight and will only rise to a high of 40 degrees with winds out of the North-Northwest between 5 and 10 miles per hour.

Conditions will stay calm and clear overnight with temps falling to 32 degrees.

The rest of the work week is expected to warm up but not by much. The high on Monday is expected to reach 46 degrees and Tuesday is expected to see a high of 48 degrees.
