LAKEWOOD, NJ (CBSNewYork) – Police say a 12-year-old boy is dead after a hit-and-run last night in Ocean County.
The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. in Lakewood. Investigators say the boy was with his siblings either walking home or to a friend’s house when he was hit.
Police don’t have a description of the vehicle.
The identity of the boy who died hasn’t yet been released.
