Jets' McKnight And Cole Questionable For Saturday

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (WFAN/AP) — New York Jets running back Joe McKnight and defensive back Marquice Cole are questionable for the team's game against the Giants because of injuries that limited them in practice.

McKnight, the NFL's leading kick returner, is recovering from a separated right shoulder and hyperextended elbow, while Cole, a special teams standout, missed last Sunday's game at Philadelphia with a knee injury. Antonio Cromartie would assume the kick-returning duties if McKnight is unable to play.

The Jets are hoping that McKnight can go on Saturday as he's been an asset in their return game.

Linebacker David Harris was back at practice Friday after being excused for non-injury reasons Thursday.  He is also expected to play against the Giants.

Wide receiver Santonio Holmes (hip), safety Eric Smith (knee) and defensive lineman Mike DeVito (knee) were limited but all probable for the game Saturday at MetLife Stadium.

How will the Jets' special teams fare without McKnight and Cole? Share your thoughts below…
