According to the New York Post, O’Neill says there were no breaks for meals or “even sleep” and she was required for “spontaneous, random matters in the middle of the night.”

O’Neill estimates she worked 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime. Her base salary was $75,000.

A spokeswoman for Lady Gaga told the post the lawsuit was “completely without merit.”

As an agent for celebrity personal assistants, I can tell you now that overtime should have been negotiated first.

…never to hire you as MY AGENT. we have labor laws in this state and they don’t require an agent to negotiate them.

You know you are headed know where but down when you cheat your staff out of wages, treat them like dirt, no longer no what the word “humility” means and cannot get your own towel, oh yeah, your xmas gift to ur fans includes base and vulgar epitaphs because you cannot think of anything else to write about. WOW!
Time to sleep on the street and get a life. Fight for the little people again, instead of degrading, denigrating, and cheating us all out of what you think we are worth, just like another politician. Mahalo GG.l
