Brother Of Cowboys' Kevin Ogletree Shot In Queens

NEW YORK (WFAN/AP) — Authorities say the older brother of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree remains hospitalized after he was shot in the head by an unknown gunman.

Twenty-five-year-old Calvin Ogletree was shot at around 3 p.m. Sunday, not far from his luxury car rental shop in the Queens neighborhood of St. Albans.

The motive is unclear. Police believe there were at least two suspects involved in the shooting. No arrests have been made.

The men's uncle, Mark Ross, told the Daily News that the receiver was at his brother's bedside on Sunday. He says the family is praying for Calvin's speedy recovery.

"He has a good heart," Ross told the paper. "He'll do anything for you. He's a fun-loving kid. He's a good family man."

The 24-year-old Kevin Ogletree is in his third season with the NFL.
