Cannon Speaks About Mild Kidney Failure, Return To 'Rollin' With Nick Cannon'

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/92.3 NOW) - Nick Cannon is coming back!

When the news broke that Nick Cannon was rushed to the hospital for a "mild  kidney failure," we didn't know much more than the messages from Nick and wife Mariah Carey via Twitter on how the actor, TV personality and 92.3 NOW morning show host was feeling.

Well, we received word Monday from Nick's publicist that will return to his morning show "Rollin' With  Nick Cannon" on Jan 17.

"Nick Cannon was released over the weekend to  be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers. He plans to return to his live morning radio show broadcast "Rollin' with Nick Cannon" on 92.3 NOW  FM on January 17th, 6-10 am EST." – Tracy Nguyen, rep for Nick Cannon

You heard it straight from Nick himself (and 92.3 NOW).

We're told you can look forward to a  whole new year of "Rollin," as well as special guest Howard Stern making an  appearance sometime within the next couple of weeks!
