Crispy Kale
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, cleaned and chopped
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat chopped kale with olive oil. Place kale on a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Lightly season with sea salt as soon as the kale is pulled out of the oven.
Baked Spicy Chicken Wings (makes 16 wings)
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Combine olive oil, sea salt, cumin, pepper, paprika and chili powder. Coat wings with mixture and marinate 20 minutes. Place wings onto a baking tray (make sure they are separated and have space), and bake 45-50 minutes or until crispy.
